Getting Started with Corvid

Corvid is a persistent-search service. You describe what you're interested in once — as a saved web search, a set of RSS/Atom feeds, or both — and Corvid watches for new matches and delivers them to your inbox as an email digest, rather than making you go look.

Create an account

  1. Go to mycorvid.com and click Get started.
  2. Enter your email address and choose a password.
  3. Check your inbox for a confirmation email and click the link inside. Your account is not active until you confirm.

If the confirmation email doesn't arrive within a few minutes, check your spam folder. You can request a new one from the sign-in page.

Once signed in, click New search (or go to /alerts/new).

There's no schedule to pick — searches run on your account cadence (weekly on the free plan, daily on the paid plan). New accounts run daily for their first week so you can see Corvid at work right away.

Click Save. Corvid will run its first fetch shortly.

Follow some feeds

If there are sites you already trust, add their RSS or Atom feeds at /feeds — paste the feed URL and Corvid picks up the title automatically. New entries land in the same digest as your search results. The free plan includes 50 feeds; the paid plan has no feed limit.

Read your results

The search detail page shows every match Corvid has found, newest first. Each result includes the title, source URL, a snippet, and when it was found.

Results are deduplicated by canonical URL — if the same page turns up again, in another fetch or another search, you'll see it once.

Get your digest

New finds also come to you by email — one digest per cycle, grouped by search and feed. Your first digest covers the most recent day (or week, on the weekly cadence); everything older is waiting for you in the app.
